Update Order API Not Working For OSM And State Policy Entry Not Found In Database

Symptoms

On : 7.3.1.0.0 version, Order Lifecycle Management

Update Order API Not working for OSM and State policy entries not found in database

It is happening for all the cartridges. 

 

1)when the below query is executed ,no rows displayed.

    Select * from om_ospolicy_permission; If no rows selected


ERROR in the Logs:
