When running the Patch Utility to update P6 Web from 17.7 to 17.10, the process is stuck at 21% progress and the following error is displayed in the install log:

Error occurred while performing undeploy - the action you performed timed out after 900.000 milliseconds.
PRM-Existing p6#17.7 deployment not deleted; it likely does not exist.
