Information in this document applies to any platform.
Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)

On : 8.0.4 version, Transfer Rate

When attempting to run Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) Rule with Conditional Assumption in Release 8.0.x, found the Transfer Rate is propagated from the prior month instead of re-calculated. When running the FTP process in 6.1, Transfer Rate is calculated.

Expected Behavior:
Expect Transfer Rate gets re-calculated since it meets the conditional assumptions.

Steps to Replicate:

1. Setup FTP Rule with conditional assumption.
2. Run FTP Process with below Calculation selected:
Propagation: Transfer Rate Propagation Skip Non-Zero Transfer Rate Record.
Transfer Rate: Transfer Rate Skip Non-Zero Transfer Rate Record.
Expect records that meet the conditional assumption to have the Transfer Rate calculated, otherwise propagated from prior month.
