On : 18.104.22.168.0 version,
OCOMC( Oracle Communications Offline Mediation Controller) queryable fields that are date fields are written in date format rather than epoch format.
BRM (Billing and Revenue Management) Pipeline writes queryable fields of start and end time ( date type ) in epoch format in suspended records, where as OCOMC writes it in date format. The expectation is that it needs to be in Pipeline format to support backward compatibility.
