Time Picker Does Not Pop Up Nor Do The Up/down Arrows Work On UI

For a custom (A2) BO, the clock and arrows are dynamically displayed in the UI for a field with dataType=”time”; however the “time picker” does not pop up nor do the up/down arrows work. This issue occurs on the dynamically generated Input UI (by clicking on Input Map button in the ‘View UI Rendering’ dashboard zone of the BO) and also for customized UI Maps.
Please note that the calendar (date picker) pop up does work and the time picker does work on dateTime fields, but not fields of dataType=”time”.
Also tested this by creating a simplified business object using the Fact MO and it has the same issue.
