Symptoms

1. When attempting to issue archive and restore requests the following errors occur.

ERROR

For restore request: The source/destination returned a command error: actor2 returned:source/destination failure, change directory failed [Existence check of file/folder failure]
For archive request: The source/destination returned a command error: actor2 returned:source/destination failure, change directory failed [The specified account does not exist ]

2. The actor services crashes with error:Exception;596;{Delayed Write Failed} Windows was unable to save all the data for the file %hs. The data has been lost. This error may be caused by a failure of your computer hardware or network
connection. Please try to save this file elsewhere.
