Where in the database are Justifications stored after users delete a report?

How to configure a standard justification for removing expedited reports (Doc ID 1327717.1)

These have then been utilized to remove a report from case, would like to understand where users can see the justification for deletion (it does not show in CMN_REG_REPORTS)
