On: ISS, we need to change the username for the indexeradmin.

As part of the ISS setup you define a "Read-only store admin username", store.indexeradmins in Messaging Server and mail.imap.admin.username in ISS.

While we can add a new user, and define it on the ISS server and store server, how do we give it Read-only store access?

How do you give an account Read-only store admin permissions?  Where is this defined?

How do we give users the ability to read (but not modify) other people's email?
