ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Height of Report parameter for Zone not working

User have a custom portal using a Zone.
In this zone we have configured the "Height of report" to 80 (80% in order to replace the default system value of 50).
In CC&B 2.3, this configuration works fine, the portal's Report Area is properly display with a higher height than with the default value.

However, in CC&B 2.5, the portal's Report Area is still displayed as being 50% (default value) and not taking into account the new value of 80%.
User have tested this by changing the value for "Height of Report" parameter in the "Parameter Value" AND/OR "Override Parameter Value" fields.

Which ever parameter fields user use, the Report Area doesn't change.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Height of Report parameter for Zone need to working
