TR: Error "There Is No Genomic Data Available To Display Variants For This Patient" (Doc ID 2324777.1)

Symptoms

Cohort Explorer 3.1.0.4, you encounter the following error message when selecting a patient with genomic data:

"There is no genomic data available to display variants for this patient"

 

Steps to Reproduce
============
1. Cohort Query
2. Genomic Data
3. Sequence Variant
4. Select Having Zygosity = Any
5. Submit, Run Query
6. Go to the Patient Count in the top corner
7. Cohort List
8. Select/Click a Patient Id.
9. Then under Genomic Data click Variants Found submit, assembly version GH37, click Submit
10. Results in the reported Error message:

"There is no genomic data available to display variants for this patient"

If you un-check the Variants Found box, and select "Specimen with Genomic Results" and click Submit,
Users see Records under Specimen with Genomic Results.

 

o you have run Refresh Variants

o you have also run Rebuild Aggregates

o you have stopped, started WebLogic and retested and still get the same error behavior.
