Merging Outages Loses Operations Comments Entered in Event Details

Symptoms

On : 2.3.0.0.0 version, Web Workspace


Converting NON to OUT loses comments entered in Event Details.  In general, operations comments entered for an event that is MERGED into another event are getting orphaned.

It is expected that the comments and details for the first outage would remain viewable in Event Details of the larger event.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps as described with the OPAL model
1.Log in to Web Workspace.
2.Log a Customer call for Account # "2203600" using Web Call Entry which creates Event1.
3.Open the Event log for Event1 and enter some comments.
4.Log a Customer call for Account # "2201144" using Web Call Entry which creates Event2.
5.Open the Event log for Event2 and enter some comments.
6.Open Fuse F1230 and observe.
      Event 2 will be merged into Event 1 and the outage device moves to F1230.
7.Open the Event log for merged event and observe the comments.

Observed: Event log of merged event contains comments entered for Event1.
Expected: Event log of merged event should contain comments entered for both the events (Event1 and Event2).
