Unable To Set Rollup Engine Value On Specifications using SDK (Doc ID 2325245.1)

Goal

We are having an issue in setting an attribute value using SDK.

Create a new specialization object using sdk. At creation pass value for Rollup Engine attribute. Agile creates the specialization object but do not set the value of “Rollup Engine”. Always default value is set. Following exception is thrown.
Exception:
com.agile.util.exception.CMAppException: Change of the attribute Rollup Engine to External is not allowed because of insufficient privilege or constraint violations.
  at weblogic.utils.StackTraceDisabled.unknownMethod()

Error code : 407
Error message : Change of the attribute Rollup Engine to External is not allowed because of insufficient privilege or constraint violations.
Root Cause exception : com.agile.util.exception.CMAppException: Change of the attribute Rollup Engine to External is not allowed because of insufficient privilege or constraint violations.
