Crew Shifts In Offline Mode From MCP Unable To Come Back Online

When a Crew initiates Offline mode from the MCP, they are able to successfully come back into Online mode in MWM. The initial Offline request from the MCP successfully marks the Crew Shift as Offline and Closes the Shift. Later, when the Crew opts to go back into Online network communication, the MCP successfully processes the request and the Remote Message is processed without error in MWM. The Crew Shift is not marked as Online and is not Opened to the Scheduler.
The Crew Shift Monitor batch does not help either. Dispatchers are unable to reopen the Shift since they are still marked as Offline. There is no way that we can find to get the Crew Shift back Online and reopen the Shift for automatic scheduling/dispatching. The Shift would have to be ended and a new Crew Shift created/started in order to reopen completely.
