Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Predictive Application Server (RPAS) Fusion Client (FC), the user is not able to export the worksheet to excel if the worksheet is in blocked view and some of the divisions are collapsed and others are expanded. The user is getting the following error while trying to open the exported excel sheet:
