RPAS Fusion Client: List of Position Is Unresponsive to Scrolling

Symptoms
In Oracle Retail Predictive Application Server (RPAS) Fusion client (FC), in the Wizard Page or in the Location Dialogue box, the list of positions became unresponsive to the scroll bar after expanding and collapsing the list.
Steps to Recreate:
1. Create a new workbook.
2. In the workbook wizard, select Location(s), expand one of the locations and then collapse it.
4. Now expand another one, and try to use the scroll bar.
Notice that the list is not responsive to the scroll bar.
