For Some Orders, After Executing One MML Command, Some Other MML Command Output Is Received (Doc ID 2326107.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

MML Command response issue.

For some orders, after executing one MML command, some other MML command output is being received. This is observed while executing MML commands through Socket Programming.

The Response being generated is for some previous work order MML command, it is being read by another (different) work order MML command response thread. As a result, the work order is failing.

If a delay is introduced (in the form of thread sleep), then the issue is not seen. However, this is causing an unnecessary delay in the provisioning time.

When, say 1000 orders are processed, 1 or 2 orders face this issue. These failed orders need to be resent to make them successful.
