MWM v2.3 performance degradation over course of several weeks requires a restart
After upgrading from MWM v2.2 to MWM v2.3 customer is experiencing performance degradation in the application. When this happens you must restart the application to resolve the performance issues. There aren't any errors in the logs just a general slowness in the application.
