Error When Searching By Process Id in Screen 'Upload Items From Staging' (Doc ID 2326538.1)

When attempting to load item data from Staging to RMS main table, below error occurs :

Steps To Recreate:

Make sure the user language in RMS application is Spanish.

1) Create a new item by Excel: Menu -> Tasks -> Foundation Data -> Data Loading -> Download Blank Template.

2) Create a new item via item induction, fill all mandatory information and save the file.

3 Upload file to Staging tables: Menu -> Tasks -> Items -> Upload Items from File:
a. In 'Template' select 'Items'.
b. In 'Source' select the previously saved file.
c. In 'Destination' select ‘Staging Tables' and click Upload.

4) Upload to RMS Tables from Staging Tables: Menu -> Tasks -> Items -> Upload Items from Staging:
a. When doing the search by process id, always gives an error when searching for the first time. If user run the search again, no longer gives error. 

b.Click in 'OK' bottom and click 'Search' again. It shows the data correctly.
