Deployed Cartridges Are Not Displayed In the WebLogic Console

Goal
On : OSM 7.3.5.0.0 version, Deployment Tool
Deployed cartridges are not displayed in the WLS console
OSM Version :7.3.5
Weblogic Version : 12c 12.2.1.2.0
The user is unable to see the composite cartridges deployed in the server when they go to {wl_server}>>Deployment through the weblogic console.
So the customer needs clarification as to why we they are not able to see the cartridges, in previous versions where they had a custom solution developed in 7.3.1, they have now upgraded to 7.3.5. When this solution is deployed in the current environment, they can see this solution in deployments in console. Why is this happening.? why are they able to see this solution not the other one.
