ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Policy Values tab produces a stack trace when the InterestRateCode business rule is invoked.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The InterestRateCode business rule can be used when there is no InterestRateCalculation BR override for a particular Fund. It should work correctly to calculate interest based on the ProcessCode indicated.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
InterestRateCode is still a valid business rule in V10 and V11. If it is not working, any Funds having a fixed interest rate will not work properly.
