Symptoms

On Unifier : Any Version

When trying to import a CSV file into Unifier to create data:

ERROR

The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your system administrator if you are still having problems.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Get into Unifier
2. Trying to import a csv file into BP
3. Error received.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import csv file.
