(Doc ID 2327067.1)
Last updated on AUGUST 24, 2020
Applies to:
Oracle Communications Services Gatekeeper - Version 6.0.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
The SLEE_CHARGING table is Oracle Communications Services Gatekeeper (OCSG) specific and it is where OCSG stores charging data records and there is no automatic cleanup.
The OCSG administrator needs to make decision about how long the data should be kept and cleanup the table periodically, from the first day OCSG starts to run in production.
If the table is getting too large, say millions of records, it will decrease the overall performance of OCSG.
The purpose of the document is to provide a step by step cleanup procedure for SLEE_CHARGING table, in case millions of older data needs to be cleaned up.
For other database tables that need to be maintained manually, see <Document 1282176.1>.
