Orders With Appointment (Not Received) does not Allow the Cancellation of Item

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Order for which an appointment is created, and closed without receiving, does not allow the item to be cancelled from ordloc screen with below error message:
Steps To Recreate:
1. Create a predistributed Purchase Order (PO) in Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
2. Create an appointment for all three items in Retail Warehouse Management System (RWMS) with PO quantities.
3. Close the appointment in RWMS.
4. Try to cancel the PO lines in RMS.
5. Notice the above message.
