ETL Shows Run Times Which Have not Been Scheduled in the Web Application

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
ETL executions logged within the Web Based ETL Application either show a duplicate run, one with a log file and the other without. There are other runs that show complete but with no log file to access.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All ETL runs to have an available log file and to run only once at the scheduled time.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Schedule ETL runs.
2. Check the 'Recent Running ETLs' screen


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, some ETL runs do not have an available log file.
