Error: "Exception TDBXError In Module PM.exe At 000000000036207F. Database Is Locked." When Logging In To SQLite Database (Doc ID 2327741.1)

When attempting to log into Primavera P6 Professional Client using a restored SQLite database, the following error occurs.


Application Error
Exception TDBXError in module PM.exe at 000000000036207F. Database is locked.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Restore a copy of the database and configure a connection to it.
  2. Log In.
  3. See pop up after loading screen.
