ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The ReassignAllocations attached business rule fails to move money from the specified Funds when the Allocation Method used in the SQL is ‘02’ (Amount).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
ReassignAllocations should work with either Allocation Method 01 (Percent) or 02 (Amount)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Here is an example of the configuration which fails:


SELECT '[InterimFundGUID]', '02', [TransferAmount]
SELECT AsFund.FundGUID,'01', PercentInAllocation FROM AsAllocation, AsFund WHERE AsFund.FundGUID = AsAllocation.FundGUID AND AsAllocation.RelatedGUID = '[Policy:PolicyGUID]' AND AsAllocation.TypeCode = '02'


where ‘[InterimFundGUID]’ represents a FundGUID and [TransferAmount] is a negative value to be moved from that fund.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Certain transactions necessitate the use of a specific amount rather than a percentage in Reassign Allocations. These transactions will not work if this error is not fixed.
