Goal

On : 11.3.0.4.0 version, Script, config and sample data

Scenario:
One is trying to persist the ZONE_ORIGIN, so modified the AttributeSpec_metadata.xml:

Question: Above message (Number of request specifications created with event name EventDelayedSessionTelcoGsm = 0)  is related with the fact the RequestSpecification cache is not updated.
Why the RequestSpecification cache is not updated? How to correct this behavior?
