The Most Recent Version of a Claim is Not Showing When Opening the Claim

Most recent version of the claim is not showing up on the claim page. Have to go to the dropdown LOV and then select the most recent version and then view the CTR version of the most recent version.
Example: Even if the claim have been reprocessed 8 times, when the claim is opened it shows version 1 instead of version 8.
This worked correctly in 18.104.22.168.21.
The most recent version should display when a claim is opened.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Process a claim.
2) Adjust the claim to create multiple versions.
3) View the Claim
The issue has the following business impact:
