Symptoms
On : 7.5.0.16.0 version, Rerating/Rebilling
While Running selective rerating backout,only pin_rerate on BRM is taking too much time.
Event adjustments and account synchronization acknowledgement are made between BRM and ECE using EMGateway and ACK QUEUE respectively, but this process is taking substantial amount of time when trying to rerate multiple events at once.
This process is using custom fields, and is not allowed to run more than an unspecified amount of events at once.
