Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Users are unable to refresh a Schedule Sheet despite having the Edit Data and Structure permission in Unifier.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users should be able to refresh a schedule sheet with the associated permission assigned.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Unifier
  2. Navigate to the applicable Project/Shell > Schedule Manager > Schedule Sheets workspace.
  3. Click on the Refresh button and notice the Alert that is thrown: "You do not have permission on one or more selected sheets."
