User Can't Refresh A Schedule Sheet Despite Having The Edit Data And Structure Permission In Unifier

On Unifier : Version

User can't Refresh a Schedule Sheet despite having the Edit Data and Structure permission in Unifier

User should be able to refresh schedule sheet with permission assigned.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login Unifier
  2. Navigate to the applicable Project/Shell and Schedule Manager--> Schedule Sheets workspace
  3. Click on the Refresh button and notice the Alert that is thrown: "You do not have permission on one or more selected sheets."

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot refresh the Schedule as expected.
