"java.lang.NullPointerException" While Navigating To Maintain Purchase Order Header Screen

When attempting to navigate to Maintain Purchase Order Header screen, the following error occurs.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Login to Oracle Retail Merchandising System(RMS) Application.
- Navigate to the Maintain Purchase Order Header Screen.
- Validate that the Null pointer exception is logged in the server logs.
