"java.lang.NullPointerException" While Navigating To Maintain Purchase Order Header Screen

Symptoms

When attempting to navigate to  Maintain Purchase Order Header screen, the following error occurs.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Login to Oracle Retail Merchandising System(RMS) Application.
  2. Navigate to the  Maintain Purchase Order Header Screen.
  3. Validate that the Null pointer exception is logged in the server logs.
