"java.lang.NullPointerException" While Navigating to Maintain Item Screen

Symptoms

When attempting to navigate to  Maintain Item Screen , the following error occurs.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Login to Oracle Retail Merchandising System(RMS) Application.
  2. Navigate to the Maintain Item Screen
  3. Validate that the Null pointer exception is logged in the server logs.
