Difference In Tax Amount While Performing Exchange Of Same Item Even After Applying Patch 21384081 And Patch 21527266

Symptoms

New scenarios identified where difference penny issue is still present even after installing patches of Difference in Tax Amount While Performing Exchange of Same Item (Doc ID 2035568.1)

Pre-Steps:

1. Apply <Patch 21384081>: HOTFIX 14.0.2.0.56 BINARY FOR BUG# 21023124
2. Apply <Patch 21527266>: HOTFIX 14.0.2.0.62 BINARY FOR BUG# 21492977-  <Patch 21384081> is failing for the transaction which were done before the patch

Scenario 1 :

1. Add first item 4321 (item-A) in the transaction;
2. Add second item 4321 (item-B) in the transaction;
3. Complete the transaction with cash and note down the transaction number;
4. Now, start new transaction and add sale item 4321 first;
5. Go to Return, return the item (B) from the previous sale transaction;
6. Come to sale screen, the transaction amount details are: Sub Total: 0.00, Tax: 0.01, Total: 0.01, complete the transaction with cash.

Note: Exchange transaction should become even exchange transaction at step-6.

Scenario 2 :

1. Change the Rounding Type(SC_RND) to 6 from base value 4 in PA_ATHY_TX database table. or change it through Tax DIMP;
2. Add first 1234 (item-A) in the transaction;
3. Add second item 1234 (item-B) in the transaction;
4. Complete the transaction with cash and note down the transaction number;
5. Now, start new transaction and go to Return, return the item (B) from the previous sale transaction;
6. On sale screen, add same item 1234 in transaction;
7. Come to sale screen, the transaction amount details are: Sub Total: 0.00, Tax: 0.01, Total: 0.01, complete the transaction with cash.

Scenario-2 is working fine if the Rounding Type(SC_RND) is 4 for same Tax in PA_ATHY_TX table.
