Error When Running Verify on Withdrawal Activity

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After clicking the Verify button on the Withdrawal Activity, screen becomes unresponsive and and error is found in the log.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Add the Withdrawal activity to a policy.
2. Notice the Payout Amount does not have a currency code.
3. Click Verify on the Withdrawal.
4. Notice the error in the log.
Due to this issue, users cannot run Withdrawal Process.
