Significant tick box with submitted reports is editable when it should not be
For FU which has reports submitted the significant check box should not be editable retrospectively
Example steps:
- For a Case
- Reports have been submitted based on Follow Up #5 (where significant tick box was checked).
- During subsequent routing of case to closed state after submission the significant tick box for FU#5 is locked from edit (as it should be).
- Later FU#6 is received a few days later
- This is handled according to normal procedure.
- During case handling the case handler mistakenly un-ticked the significant tick in FU#5.
- However, as this FU has linked reports which had already been submitted this field should have been locked.
- Currently the significant tick box for FU#5 is editable and the significant tick box for FU#4 is locked for editing -even though it is not ticked and has no expedited reports linked to it.
