Continuous Collections Errors With ORA-01849: Hour Must Be Between 1 And 12 (Doc ID 2329194.1)

On : 12.2.6 version, Data Collections

Continuous collections errors with ORA-01849 & ORA-14098

we were able to get past the earlier error but now are having the new error.

The Continuous Collections request only fails after 1pm (13:00). This is the only request that fails in the request set. All other child requests complete without any error.
