(Doc ID 2329695.1)
Last updated on MAY 27, 2020
Applies to:
Oracle Retail Predictive Application Server - Version 16.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
In Oracle Retail Predictive Application Server (RPAS) Classic Client, when the user copies a measure that is scaled to the clipboard, the value is copied as scaled. When pasting that same text back to RPAS, RPAS scales the value(s) again.
Steps to Recreate:
1. From a percentage measure with scale factor as '0.01', copy the data to clipboard (ex: '100.0%').
2. Paste the data to Notepad, it will be pasted correctly as '100.0%'.
3. Copy the data from Notepad and paste it again in RPAS Classic Client, it is pasted as '10000.0%'.
