Every other call to IMP fails with
the following error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
A simple deployed web application does the following:
- login() using ServiceLocator
- begin() UserTransaction
- get RawIMPService
- execute processMessage() with a v3 message
- rollback() the transaction

Calling this service will alternate with successful submissions (and rollbacks), and a CTB_UNEXPECTED_EXCEPTION.
