ASCP Schedules Supplies By Internal Sales Order (ISO) Suggested Ship Date Instead Of Scheduled Ship Date

On : 12.2.6 version, Memory Based Planner in Test
Users are on 12.2.6 and have applied 22.214.171.124 patching. They're running and unconstrained plan and testing different Schedule By in the plan options. They are reviewing internal sales orders (ISO) based on the schedule by. However they see they are being scheduled according to the Suggested Ship Date, NOT the Scheduled Ship Date. Both the Source Org and Destination Org are included in the same Plan options. They also tested Schedule By = Promise Ship Date and that does not appear to be using the promise date on the ISO sales order line either. They do note that customer sales orders are following the Schedule By setting as expected
Users expect the ISO sales orders to follow the Schedule By setting in the plan optons
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Unconstrained ASCP plan with multiple orgs including IR/ISO Setups
2. Testing Schedule By functionality seems to work only for customer sales orders and not ISO sales orders
