Supply Planning Work Area - Zeroing out Firmed Planned Orders

Planned Orders with a Sugg Due Date that falls on a Sunday is not behaving as expected. When we adjust (from the Material View) a Planned Order that plans on a Sunday to qty of 0, a new Planned Order with qty of 0 is created while the original Planned Order with original qty still remains (we view these Planned Orders in the Supplies and Demands area). Since we adjusted the qty to 0, we would expect to only see Planned Orders of 0 and not the original qty. The only way to zero out a Planned Order that plans on a Sunday is to zero out the qty from the Supply and Demands view. I have attached a document that details the findings of this issue.

Quantity on Firm Planned orders can be set to 0 regardless of the day.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Workbench > view by items > select plan > select item > right click and select New Material Plan
