Process Extension (PX) Event Action Disappeared from Event Handler in Java Client (Doc ID 2330336.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior 

Process Extension (PX) Event Action is no longer visible from Event Handler in Java Client, even though PX jar file is present in %Agile_Home%\integrations\sdk\extensions

Expected Behavior

PX Event Handler Event Action not to get invisible from Java Client

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Java Client as admin user
2. Goto Admin tab, System Settings > Event Manager > Event Handler
3. Open Event Handler, and see Event Action does not display anything
