(Doc ID 2330737.1)
Last updated on MAY 22, 2022
Applies to:
Oracle Communications MetaSolv Solution - Version 6.3.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
When running the updatePSROrderRequest API operation, application throws a "transaction does not exist" error instead of a meaningful error message.
When handling the exception in SOAP impl class, the java code issues a rollback on a transaction for which rollback has already been issued due to the actual error. This causes a transaction does not exist error.
