Using:  Oracle Communications Messaging Server 8.0.1.3.20171023 64bit (built Oct 23 2017)


Messaging Server was patched to version 8.0.1.3 a couple of weeks ago and today the queues started to build up.  It seems that the MTA is slow to deliver email to the message store.
