Drill Back Option In All OUA Analytics (Doc ID 2330841.1)

Symptoms

 

The drill back option available in Details tab of each Analytics is not functioning & on URL click is generating a new tab with URL, for e.g. :-


1. Revenue Analytics --> Billed Usage --> Details --> Billed Usage Details on click is creating URL but with no display -
jdbc:oracle:thin:@server:port:CCB?script=C1-GoToCCB&FLAG=C1CC&PKVALUE1=1111968576

2. Customer Analytics --> Customers --> Details --> Customers) on click is creating URL but with no display -
jdbc:oracle:thin:@server:port:CCB?script=C1-GoToCCB&FLAG=C1CC&PKVALUE1=1111848203
