Strange Consumption Is Done for Forecast of Components for ATO Model

Goal

When exploding a forecast for some ATO model item which has a same component by program Copy/Merge Forecast, strange consumption is done for exploded forecast of components for the ATO Model.

In this case, regarding the Component_E from ATO item-B, although forecast date is 2017/09/25, it was consumed the SO that has SO Scheduled Date 2017/09/29.

And even though Component_E from ATO item-C is forecast date is 2017/10/02,
it was consumed the SO that has SO Scheduled Date : 2017/09/14.

Why does Component_E of ATO item-C take precedence over the one of ATO item-B?

Is it the correct order of Forecast Consumption? If so, please provide the detail about the order of Forecast Consumption.

[Steps]

1. Create three ATO model items which has a same component item : Component_E
  a) ATOitem-A
      + Component_E
  b) ATOitem-B
      + Component_E
  c) ATOitem-C
      + Component_E

2. Assign forecast of those ATO model items for original Forecast Set - Forecast-A
  a) ATOitem-A

3. Run Copy/Merge Forecast from Forecast-A to Forecast-B with Explode:Yes

4. Check Destination forecast Forecast-B

Forward Days : 15
