Web Client Admin Logging Configuration is Not Working As Expected After Applying (Doc ID 2331096.1)

Actual Behavior

After applying 9.3.6 RUP1 (, Web Client admin logging configuration is not working as expected.
Can see symptoms like below:
The nodes showing is limited
Nodes disappear after changing the parameter of the node to "debug" and relogin to Web Client

Expected Behavior

Web Client admin logging configuration to work appropriately


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Web Client
  2. Goto Tools > Administration > Logging Configuration
  3. See only below listed:  
  4. Change com.agile.webfs.client.AgileContentService from ERROR to DEBUG
  5. Restart Agile Application Server
  6. Login to Web Client
  7. Goto Tools > Administration > Logging Configuration
  8. Now nothing shows up and screen is blank
