Migration from 6.1.1 to 8.0.x Fails with 'ORA-00942: table or view does not exist' in FUSIONSUBSYSTEMSService.log (Doc ID 2331284.1)

When migrating Oracle Financial Services Profitability Management (PFT), Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) or Asset Liability Management (ALM) 6.1.1 to 8.0.4, when running the, you get the following error in the FUSIONSUBSYSTEMSService.log:
