User is still able to save reference designator even if Quantity does not match (Doc ID 2331808.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

When a user enters a number of ref des that doesn't match the quantity of the item, they are presented with a warning dialog box.
The user can then choose to proceed with the mismatch still in place. This allows erroneous data to enter the system.

Steps

1. Login to Agile Web Client 
2. Search an Item 
3. Go to BOM tab and set below attriute value and save. 

Qty : 1
Ref Des : A, B

Below error will be displayed : 

Unable to save your changes. You have 1 warning

Below warning message will also be displayed : 

Warning • XXXXXXX

The number of Ref Des 2 does not match the value 1.0 of attribute Qty. Please resolve this issue, or select to continue by ignoring this warning

When checking "Ignore this warning" checkbox, user can proceed to save with mismatch still in place. 

When not checking "Ignore this warning" checkbox, system will not permit save until the number of value set in Ref Des and Qty match.
