BSP Calculate Fails with ORA-01427: SINGLE-ROW SUBQUERY RETURNS MORE THAN ONE ROW for FN_BSP_PROCESSING

Symptoms

In Oracle Financial Services Balance Sheet Planning (BSP) 8.0.2.x, when running a 'Calculate' for a single level0 set of values, the Ending Balance (F100) is not updated to match the Balance Input / Driver (F700) for the Forecast Balance Method = Target End.

In the BSPCalculation_UnpricedAcc_udf.log in $EPM_ORACLE_HOME/logs/bsplog, it indicates the Cash Flow engine does not run:

CFE is not exceuted because function failed with the exception
================================================ Status : -1 Process Id : -999
Procedure PR_RES_DET_IMPORT is not exceuted because CFE execution failed or function failed with generic exception
--------------------------------------------------------
importFunction not exceuted because CFE execution failed or function failed with generic exception

Additionally, the following error is output to FSI_BSP_PROCESS_LOG for FN_BSP_PROCESSING:

[MSG-FATAL]: ERROR OCCOURED WHILE POPULATING BSP PROCESSING TABLES [ORA:ERR] ORA-01427: SINGLE-ROW SUBQUERY RETURNS MORE THAN ONE ROW

There are no other ORA- errors in FSI_BSP_PROCESS_LOG.
