NSC Receiving Failed With DMS Error If Item Case Dimensions Are High

Non-Specified Casepack (NSC) receiving failed with Database Management System(DMS) error in Retail Warehouse Management System(RWMS) if item dimensions are high.
Steps To Recreate:
1. Change item dimensions in Retail Merchandising System(RMS) for Case ( L 42 W 31 H 30 and Weight 24000) .
2. Create Purchase Order(PO) for 20000 units in RMS.
3.Schedule NSC appointment for given PO.
4.Receive appointment in RWMS
5.Once Entered quantity and Press F4 ( Done) ,user encountered "DMS error, please see your administrator".
